The Smart G Kettle can be used to boil water on IH stoves as well as on open flames. It features a removable lid at the top where you can easily insert a thermometer to check the water temperature. Moreover, the handle features holes where you can easily store your thermometer after use. (NB: thermometer not included)

Of course, the gooseneck spout allows for precision pouring, for perfect control over your brew.
